Closed Session Policy
The City of Lost Hills observes Washington State open meetings law. Closed sessions may be called for matters involving real property acquisition, personnel, legal counsel, or security. Closed session summaries are provided where permitted. The content of closed sessions held in conjunction with Shadewater Applied Systems matters is classified under the terms of the 1991 partnership agreement.
Public Comment
Residents may submit written public comment to the City Clerk's Office at 100 Civic Center Way. Comments received after the agenda publication deadline are held for the following meeting. Written comments submitted for the May 11, 1993 session are currently under review by the Clerk's Office and are not available for public inspection at this time.
