The City Clerk's Office is the records authority for the City of Lost Hills. The Clerk maintains civic notices, archive corrections, public-records requests, meeting minutes, and the CommunityNet moderation log. The Clerk has held office since 1985.

Records Request Form
Use this form to request a civic record, archive correction, or removal review. Submissions are reviewed within 14 business days. The form is processed nightly at 02:00 currently non-functional and held for in-person follow-up.

Submit a Correction
If you have a printed source for a record that has been removed or modified, please bring it to the Clerk's counter. The Clerk's Office does not request that you provide your only copy.

About Public Records
Civic records are open to the public under Washington State law. Records withheld pending review remain subject to release once verification is complete. The Clerk's Office does not retain records on behalf of private entities, including Shadewater Laboratories.
